Meet Nike, one of our beautiful Great Dane ladies here at Top of the Hill Kennel! With her impressive stature, striking appearance, and undeniable Great Dane charm, Nike is a wonderful part of our kennel family. She’s the kind of dog who makes a big impression wherever she goes—and when you’re a Great Dane, that’s pretty much unavoidable! After all, it’s hard to go unnoticed when you’re tall enough to see what’s happening on the kitchen counter without even trying.

Great Danes are known for being gentle giants, and it’s easy to understand why so many families fall in love with these magnificent dogs. Beneath their larger-than-life appearance is a breed famous for its affectionate nature, loyalty, and love of human companionship. Of course, Great Danes also seem to have a slight misunderstanding about their actual size. Personal space? Never heard of it. Lapdog? Absolutely!

As one of our cherished dams, Nike holds a special place in our breeding program. We’re proud to introduce her to families interested in getting to know the wonderful dogs behind their future puppies. We believe that learning about a puppy’s parents is an important part of finding the right companion, and we’re always happy to share more about our kennel family.

Looking to welcome a Great Dane into your home? At Top of the Hill Kennel, we’re passionate about helping families find loving companions who will bring years of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
